Lil Wayne opened up the 2023 MTV VMAs (Video Music Awards) with a performance of “Back That Azz Up,” “Uproar,” and “Kat Food.”
The Louisiana rapper, whose real name is Dwayne Carter Jr., was also nominated for a VMA in the Best Hip Hop category for “Kant Nobody,” his collaboration with Swizz Beatz and DMX.
Nicki Minaj ended up winning the award, but it’s an honor just being nominated, right?
