Moments ago, Layzie Bone took to social media to release a statement in regard to his Bone Thugs-N-Harmony brother, Krayzie Bone.
Krayzie, whose real name is Anthony Henderson, has been hospitalized since Friday after he began coughing up blood.
Doctors discovered the 50-year-old rapper, who suffers from sarcoidosis, had an arterial bleed in one of his lungs.
Krazyie Bone has undergone two surgeries in an effort to stop the bleeding.
According to the last update received, he is now in a medically-induced coma so that his body can heal.
In a statement released on his official Instagram page, Layzie Bone asked the public to please give them privacy as they focus all of their attention on Krayzie’s recovery.
In this challenging moment, as the immediate and Bone Thugs family rallies behind my brother, we humbly ask for a moment of privacy.
Our family is facing the unexpected hospitalization of Krayzie Bone with strength, and your prayers are a beacon of hope.
