Welp…Less than two months after calling off their divorce, Kroy Biermann has filed for divorce from Kim Zolciak…again!
Initially, the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star filed for divorce in May to end her 11-year marriage to the former NFL player.
According to the divorce petition, Kim and Kroy’s union was “irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation.”
Legal documents also listed their date of separation as April 30.
Kim accused Kroy of smoking weed and he accused her of having a gambling problem.
That’s when we also learned the couple was drowning in debt and owed the IRS over $1 million!
But, a few months later…it appeared the couple had a change of heart.
In July, they called off the divorce and were spotted attending church together as a family.
And here we are two months later…headed back to divorce court.
In his divorce petition, Kroy Biermann reiterated that his marriage to Kim Zolciak-Biermann is “irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation.”
But, Kroy is also asking for sole legal and sole physical custody of their four children.
He also wants child support as well as alimony and he wants exclusive use of their marital home to raise the kids in.
