Kordell Stewart recently stopped by the “Tamron Hall Show” to speak out about his personal experience of dealing with homophobic attacks.
The former NFL star, who was once married to “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Porsha Williams, began dealing with gay rumors while playing with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
For two decades, the rumors and side-eyes continued to follow Kordell. He detailed all of it in a recent op-ed for “The Players Tribune.”
Then, there was the situation with Andrew Caldwell, who claimed he had a relationship with Kordell.
Kordell later (2016) filed a defamation suit against Andrew and was awarded a $3 million judgment.
