I know this headline reads like an April Fool’s joke, but it’s true – Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson are expecting their second child together via a surrogate.
A representative for Khloé confirmed the news to Page Six saying:
We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November. Khloé is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing.
We’d like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloe can focus on her family.
While Khloé and Tristan are expecting a second child together, they are reportedly still broken up.
You may recall, that the former NBA star cheated on Khloé with Maralee Nichols, a fitness trainer from Houston, and fathered a child with her.
In an effort to conceal his misdeed, Tristan reportedly offered Maralee $75,000 for an abortion, but she declined and welcomed the baby boy, Theo Thompson, on December 1, 2021.
Tristan Thompson took to social media to announce a paternity test confirmed he was Theo’s father and he publicly apologized to Khloé for the heartache and humiliation he’s caused her.
Sadly, Tristan and Khloé’s second child was conceived via surrogate in November, before she learned of the affair he had with Maralee during his birthday weekend in March 2021.
Of course, the Hulu cameras were rolling when the Kardashian clan learned Tristan had cheated…AGAIN and that he was being sued by Maralee Nichols for child support.

At one point in the clip, Kim says:
If this isn’t the biggest sign for you to not have another baby with this human being.
Unfortunately, the surrogate had already conceived the child and Khloé made the decision to move forward as a single co-parenting mom.
She and Tristan are already proud parents to their beautiful 4-year-old daughter, True.
Of course, Twitter is going ham, bologna, and cheese over the news of baby no. 2 for Khloé and no. 4 for Third Trimester Tristan!
