Keke Palmer is making headlines as she seeks full custody of her 8-month-old son, Leodis Andrellton Jackson, in a legal battle against her ex, Darius Jackson.
Alongside this, the multi-hyphenate has also filed a restraining order against Darius following alleged instances of abuse during their two-year relationship.
The legal petition outlines Keke’s willingness to cover reasonable pregnancy and birth expenses, but she is requesting the court to order Darius to contribute to attorney and expert fees.
The restraining order, filed on Thursday, November 9, details a recent incident on November 5 where Keke claims Darius trespassed into her home without consent, threatened her, and physically assaulted her.
The disturbing attack was captured by Keke’s home security surveillance.
Keke further alleges numerous instances of physical and emotional abuse, including property destruction, threats, and harassment.
According to her, the relationship finally ended in early October due to the sustained abuse.
After news of the legal actions broke, Darius took to Twitter, posting a photo with Leodis along with the caption, “I love you, son. See you soon.”
Darius’ brother, “Insecure” actor Sarunas J. Jackson, entered the conversation via Twitter, writing:
The most disgusting, vile, abusive, manipulative person I have EVER encountered in my entire life…Abuses almost everyone.
Y’all will see…Just send positive energy to the babies…Any child in the middle of something like this does not deserve it AT ALL. Wow. So damn sad.

Keke’s mother, Sharon Palmer, joined the discussion, calling out Sarunas and revealing that he had admitted to being abusive himself.
For Sarunas Jackson to post on his Twitter the ridiculous stuff that he’s posting when he knew his brother was abusive.
I went to Sarunas over a year ago and told him that his brother was abusive to my daughter. And he said, ‘Well, I used to be like that too.’
WHAT?! So now, he’s posting on Twitter like he’s this uhhh special guy. We know that he’s the biggest f— boi in Hollywood, he’s disrespectful to women…just like his little brother.
He taught his brother how to be abusive. So, he don’t get to act like he’s this special guy. No, you’re a f— bio and you’re a part of the problem!
As the situation unfolded, Sarunas slid into the comment section of TSR to react to Sharon’s video.
He seemingly issued a subtle threat of his own writing:
