Keke Palmer performed at the 2023 Broccoli City Festival in Washington, D.C. over the weekend and her on-stage PSA is receiving mixed reactions.
The 29-year-old multi-hyphenate has been applying pressure in her professional and personal life – and she’s seemingly upped the ante after her split from Darius Jackson.
You may recall that Darius, who is also the father of Keke’s baby boy, Leodis Andrellton Jackson, got roasted like chestnuts on an open fire after he tried to publicly shame Keke for her attire at the Usher show in Las Vegas.
During her Saturday performance at the Broccoli City Festival, Keke flipped the lyrics of her single, “BOSSY,” and rapped:
Lil booties matter My son gave me some a** I’m my own boss And I got my own cash I don’t need a n***a Only thing I need’s a bag
