Justin Combs, the son of Sean “Diddy” Combs, will avoid jail time after taking a plea deal in his DUI case.
DUI Arrest
Police popped the 29-year-old near Beverly Hills after he ran a red light at about 8 a.m. on June 4, 2023.
It’s unclear how the officer came to the conclusion that Justin Combs was driving under the influence.
But, he felt there was enough probable cause to arrest him and book him on suspicion of driving under the influence.
The charge is a misdemeanor DUI and his bond was set at $5,000.
Misa Hylton Pops Off On Diddy
Justin’s mother, Misa Hylton was not happy about her son’s arrest and she took to social media to get a few things off of her chest!
Based on the rest of her posts, it appears Misa Hylton holds her baby’s father, Diddy, responsible for what happened with their son.
She went on to note that “a fish rots from the head down” and added, “The Truth shall set you free.”

As part of the deal, Justin pled no contest to having a blood alcohol level of 0.08% or higher. His other charge of driving under the influence was dismissed.
Justin Combs isn’t completely off the hook.
He was sentenced to three years of summary probation and he “must enroll and participate in and successfully complete a 3-month licensed first-offender alcohol and other drug education and counseling program.”
