Jamie Foxx took to social media to honor his late grandmother, Estelle, on her heavenly birthday.
The Oscar-winning actor, comedian, and musician’s grandmother and his grandfather, Mark Talley, became his primary caregivers when he was just 7 months old.
In a previous social media post, Jamie Foxx shared:
You adopted me at seven months… You filled me up with everything that I needed to be a successful young man.
There’s not a day that goes bye and that I don’t feel your presence…
May 7th will always be a day of joyous sweet memories…
This year, on his grandmother’s birthday, Jamie shared a photo of himself standing beside the queen who loved and raised him along with the caption:
Happy heavenly birthday, Estelle Marie Talley my beautiful grandmother, who blessed me with everything that I have today.
There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t think of you. I love you.
