Hi-Five proudly unveiled their new Miami Wall of Fame plaque, which also honors the late Tony Thompson.
You may recall, the legendary R&B group was inducted into the Miami Wall of Fame in December 2018, but they faced heavy criticism because the plaque featured the current members of the group and made no mention of Tony.

After writing a story on it, I ended up having a spirited debate in private with one of the group members. (It’s still all love though.)
I learned that the group was just as surprised and shocked by the plaque as their fans were and they did everything they could to make it right.
On Tuesday, the group shared a photo of their new plaque with the caption, “IT TOOK A WHILE BUT THEY FINALLY PUT UP THE NEW PLAGUE WE ARE THANKFUL AND PATIENCE PAID OFF #blessed#thankful #officialhifive #hifive we made things right #florida #miami#bronze“
