💔 What Happened To Indi Bullock?
This story is absolutely heartbreaking. On Thursday, March 27, 5-year-old Indi Bullock was reported missing after he vanished from his apartment complex in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
According to the Gwinnett County Police Department (GCPD), Indi—who was non-verbal—was last seen around 4:25 p.m. after reportedly jumping over the balcony of his home at the Reflections on Sweetwater Apartments.
From that moment on, the search was on.
🚨 The 14-Hour Search That Shook A Community
Police immediately began searching for Indi, using every resource they had. K-9 units, officers, helicopters—you name it.
But it wasn’t until the early hours of Friday, March 28 that the outcome we were all dreading became real.
Indi’s body was found in a retention pond behind the apartment complex.
He had been missing for 14 hours.
Gwinnett County Police said they don’t suspect foul play at this time, but the investigation is still active.
An autopsy is currently underway to determine Indi’s exact cause of death.

GCPD Corporal Ryan Winderweedle spoke with 11 Alive and echoed what so many of us are feeling:
“It’s emotional for everyone involved. It’s hard for everyone to deal with when you end up with an innocent child who walked away from the apartment complex and ended up in the retention pond.”
