Basketball superstar Anthony Davis is stepping off the court and into the world of unscripted comedy with his latest project, “Foul Play with Anthony Davis“.
Premiering right after the NBA All-Star Game on Sunday, February 16, on TBS, this half-hour special promises a hilarious fusion of sports and pranks.
What Is ‘Foul Play with Anthony Davis‘?
This docu-style comedy brings together Davis, known for his dominance on the basketball court, and the mischievous masterminds from Impractical Jokers.
The concept? Give some of the world’s top athletes a chance to execute epic pranks—or foul out trying.
Davis takes on the role of prank ringleader, enlisting a lineup of all-star accomplices, including:
- Mookie Betts: World Series Champion and Los Angeles Dodger
- Cameron Brink: WNBA Los Angeles Sparks star
- D’Angelo Russell: Brooklyn Nets point guard
Together, with help from the Impractical Jokers crew, they orchestrate unforgettable stunts.
Highlights include a fake fundraising event with Clippers’ Terance Mann, a chaotic promotional shoot featuring LA Lakers forward Jarred Vanderbilt, and a hilariously botched statue unveiling with Los Angeles Dodgers manager Dave Roberts.
