Brittany Commisso is the first of 11 women to file a criminal complaint against former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo’s alleged sexual advances.
Yes, former! Andrew Cuomo resigned on Tuesday (August 10).
She has been identified as “Executive Assistant #1” in the state attorney general’s report.
In an exclusive interview with “CBS This Morning” and the Times Union Interview, Brittany details the grouping and sexual harassment she endured at the hands of Governor Cuomo.
Brittany states that people don’t realize how tough it’s been to publicly hold such a powerful man accountable for his actions.
She identifies a March 3 press conference speech by Cuomo denying any allegations of sexual harassment against him as her tipping point.
She said she was disgusted by that speech and she had to come forward because it was the right thing to do.
