The show, produced by UFA Fiction, stars an impressive lineup, including International Emmy Award nominee Heike Makatsch, German Comedy Award winner Axel Stein, and the multi-award-winning Lea Drinda, among others.

Fans won’t have to wait long—”Where’s Wanda?” premieres globally on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, with the first two episodes.

After that, a new episode will drop weekly through November 13.

Where’s Wanda?” centers on Dedo and Carlotta Klatt, played by Stein and Makatsch, as they embark on a desperate quest to find their missing 17-year-old daughter Wanda (Drinda), who vanished without a trace months earlier.

When the police come up short, the couple enlists the help of their tech-savvy son Ole (played by newcomer Leo Simon) and decides to take matters into their own hands.

The family goes undercover, posing as employees of an electrical company to bug their entire neighborhood.

What they discover? Their neighbors are not at all who they seem.

The series promises a blend of suspense, humor, and unexpected twists, with an impressive supporting cast that includes Nikeata Thompson, Palina Rojinski, and Kostja Ullmann, alongside rising star Harriet Herbig-Matten.

With a mix of mystery, tech-savvy detective work, and family drama, “Where’s Wanda?” is set to captivate viewers as the Klatts uncover more than they bargained for in their quiet suburb.
