Angela White (Blac Chyna) recently celebrated her one year of sobriety on the “Tamron Hall” show, and she was brought to tears when her mother, Tokyo Toni, came out to celebrate with her.
Before she started her transformation, she and her mother were not on good terms.
The ups and downs of their relationship played out for public consumption on reality TV and the internet.
They have reconciled, and their relationship appears to have taken a complete 360.
Their interactions appear genuine and loving.
Blac Chyna even broke down crying on the show and told the audience she didn’t believe their relationship would ever get to this point.
Tokyo Toni explained that raising Angela wasn’t easy because times were different back then, and she was a single parent.
She expressed what a loving heart Angela has, and how she is happy to now see the daughter she birthed.
Raising her it was very difficult.
Because I was single, you know, her dad wasn’t around.
What it does for me to see her growth because Hollywood it does things to people.
It changes you, and to see her be different than what I… meaning in a bad way, you know, everybody knows I go in.
So it’s like, I’m gonna go in because I gotta pull her out, you know?
Um, seeing her sober, no makeup, fillers gone, this is who I birthed, Angela.
And for everybody in the world to know, she has the biggest heart in the world.
She has a very big heart. It’s so big that sometime she forgot about herself.
Taking care of everyone else. You know how many cats she has?…
She is a very beautiful person. What you see is what you get.
And it’s just as simple as that.
I could’ve never imagined us like this after that mess because it was lies, it was a mess.
This here, this is the truth!
Tokyo and Angela then shared a warm embrace and said I love you to each other.
