Amara La Negra is on cloud nine after welcoming home her twin baby girls.

The Afro-Latina recording artist and “Love & Hip Hop: Miami” star gave birth to her daughters, Sumajested Royalty De Los Santos and Sualteza Empress De Los Santos, via C-section on March 23.

After a short hospital stay, Amara was released, but her newborns had to stay in the neonatal intensive care unit for a little more medical care.

In a post on her Instagram page, Amara Le Negra opened up about the experience writing:

One of the toughest moments for me has been Giving birth Without being able to hold my babies, healing from my C-section and Having to go to the NICU everyday knowing I’ll go home without taking my girls with me even tho I know they will be Fine.

I hate having to leave them but thank God they are Healthy and Beautiful.

I’ll be Honest I didn’t understand what a serious operation a C-Section is all The layers and the sacrifice your body goes thru to bring life to this world!

But thank god I had an Amazing Doctor and The Hospital Treated me Amazingly and I’m so grateful for That.

See her original post below.

Sumajested and Sualteza received a royal welcome when they arrived home.

Their Godmother Carmen went all out for them with gorgeous flowers, balloons, and a cake.

Amara shared photos along with the caption:

This was such a Beautiful entrance for the arrival of my Girls Home Thanks to there Godmother @carmensbeautyspa I totally wasn’t expecting That but I can’t wait to show my girls when they are older how excited we were to finally have them home.

See the photos and video below.

Congratulations to Amara and Allan Mueses on their double bundles of joy.
