Here we go again… Al B. Sure is still subliminally pushing the narrative that Diddy has something to do with his 2022 coma.
While promoting his equal access to health initiative at the Equal Justice Now Awards In L.A., the former R&B singer-turned-radio personality teased his forthcoming documentary about his health crisis.
Al B. Sure told the attendees, “So, hold on to your britches…and you’ll really understand how I ended up in a coma. You’re really gonna need to call Homeland Security.”
The attendees gasped at his shady remark, which came days after Homeland Security raided Diddy’s homes in Los Angeles and Miami.

Unless Diddy was his primary care physician – this entire narrative is hogwash.
If you’ve been following Al B.’s health challenges and crisis you will remember he was dealing with a growing list of health issues including obesity, kidney failure, and he underwent a liver transplant.
He previously shared that during his hospitalization, Al B. Sure underwent multiple surgeries including repairing a hematoma and hernia, lymph node removal, and an organ transplant.
He also suffered from fungal pneumonia, became septic, was placed on dialysis, received multiple blood transfusions, had a bowel blockage, and was ultimately intubated and placed on a ventilator because his oxygen levels had dropped down to 20 percent.
