Sadly, the parents of 14-year-old Caitlin Winchester have been living a nightmare since she never returned home from the first day of school on Thursday, August 5.

Caitlin attends North Atlanta High School in Atlanta, Georgia.

She texted her parents at 5:40pm on Thursday to let them know that she was on the bus in traffic headed home, but that was the last time that her parents heard from her.

Caitlin’s mother, Angela Winchester, said she’s been calling her phone repeatedly, but it doesn’t even ring anymore it just clicks.

She said Caitlin was so excited to return to school and start her French III class.

Angela’s mother and a neighbor handed out fliers in their neighborhood last Friday hoping someone has seen Caitlin.
