Police have made an arrest in the case of Caitlin Winchester, the 14-year-old North Atlanta High School student, who went missing on the first day of school.

Caitlin was found safe and sound in Arlington, Texas on Wednesday. 

Now, police have arrested and charged 23-year-old Andre McNair with harboring a runaway child. 

McNair is currently being held in jail on $5,000 bond. 

Caitlin’s father, Roger Winchester, told CBS, “We have not heard of this individual and will get details from the police today and tomorrow.
