A reboot of the iconic vampire series, “True Blood,” is in the works at HBO.
Via Deadline:
Riverdale creator Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa and NOS4A2 creator Jami O’Brien will co-write the pilot, and O’Brien also will executive produce. Original series creator Alan Ball also is attached as an executive producer.
Although I am not a huge fan of reboots because I would prefer some new and fresh content out of Hollywood, I have to admit the news about a “True Blood” reboot got me excited.
I absolutely loved the series.
However, if the original Bill Compton and Sookie Stackhouse are not involved in some way, shape, or form…I??DON’T??WANT??IT.
