Twin…where have you been!? Tia Mowry says her comments about not being close with her twin sister, Tamera Mowry-Housley, were taken out of context.

The revelation about their alleged estrangement came in a sneak peek of Tia’s forthcoming WeTV reality series, “My Next Act,” slated to premiere on Friday, October 4.

In the clip, the actress becomes emotional while discussing how difficult it was going through her divorce from Cory Hardrict.

“Being alone has been the most challenging part of my divorce. It’s times like this when I feel and wish that my sister and I were still close. And I could pick up the phone and call her. But, that’s just not where we are right now,” she says in the clip.

The preview had social media buzzing, sparking multiple debates and dialogue about Tia and Tamera’s relationship and sisterhood over the years.

During an appearance on the “Today Show,” Tia explained her remarks, saying that as they grew older and took on different roles and responsibilities, they naturally drifted apart.

She also noted that living in different cities has made it harder for them to maintain the same closeness they once had.

Some are accusing Tia Mowry of gaslighting, while others believe she simply needed a hot take to draw attention to her new reality series.

Either way, I hope all is well with Tia and Tamera.
