Starz has released the official trailer for “Power Book III: Raising Kanan.”
The “Power” spinoff is a prequel set in the 1990s that will chronicle the early years of Kanan Stark, the character first played by executive producer Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson.

The series stars Malcolm M. Mays, Mekai Curtis, Omar Epps, Hailey Kilgore, and Patina Miller.
“Raising Kanan” is slated to premiere on July 18, 2021 on Starz.
