Slim Thug, like many others who doubted Cassie was a victim, is now collecting his “L” after a video shows Diddy assaulting her.

The Houston rapper came under fire last November when he gave his unsolicited commentary on Cassie’s lawsuit against Diddy.
Slim Thug, whose real name is Stayve Jerome Thomas, took to the streets of Instagram and insinuated Cassie wasn’t a victim – she was simply trying to secure a bag.
LeToya Luckett‘s ex-boyfriend said:
They’re coming back and getting Bill Cosby and coming back and get Puff, I don’t believe in that.
When s— goes down, you speak on it right there. It should be null and void.
Let the people know immediately.
There should be a time limit.
What happened was… you were f—ing with a billionaire with all this bread all this time and then you went and followed your heart to f— with a trainer.
Now [it’s] struggle time, the love wearing off and now you trying to come up with ways you could get paid. ‘Now I’m healed and I can talk about it.’ You participated, and you did that. So stand on it.
She got her bag, so everything was good, but I’m just saying that it didn’t sound like no abuser-victim to me.
It sounds like ‘I needed that bag’ and she got it and everything good now, she fixed, everybody happy now right?

Slim Thug eventually offered a half-hearted apology after coming under fire for his remarks.
Today, he’s doubling down on his apology now that there is undeniable proof of Cassie’s abuse at the hands of Diddy.
The “Still Tippin” rapper took to his Instagram page writing:
Damn Diddy 🤦🏾♂️ I tried to ride with the Blk man who had no charges yet but I can’t stand behind this 🤐 I’ll take this L
But I still will ride with my ppl until I see some sort of proof I don’t believe in blogs or civil suits
Apologies to Cassie and whoever else was on the right side this time 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
