Simon Guobadia is seeking a restraining order against his estranged wife, Porsha Williams, after he claimed she came to their marital home with a gunman in tow.
According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Simon alleges the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star “abandoned” their home only to return with “a man visibly bearing a gun for reasons unknown.”
Simon Guobadia claims Porsha Williams brought the gunman to their home on two occasions.
On March 21, Simon claims he called the police to “maintain peace” when Porsha showed up with the man.
He also alleges on or around March 24, Porsha popped up again with her mother, Diane Williams, and her mother’s boyfriend.
They allegedly forced their way into the home, disengaged security cameras, and “tampered with items and evidence.”
The court filing states:
Since the filing of the instant divorce, Wife’s actions have been erratic, unstable, threatening, and harassing to … the house staff, and the minor children.
“Williams’ behavior has caused safety concerns, especially since there are minor children — [Guobadia’s] children — currently living in the Marital Residence,” the documents allege.
Simon Guobadia is requesting a judge issue a restraining order against Porsha Williams.
Porsha filed for divorce from Simon in February after one year of marriage and immediately requested that he not “destroy” any financial records.

In his filing, Simon accused Porsha of taking “calculated steps” to marry and divorce him shortly thereafter to “intentionally trigger” part of their prenuptial agreement for “personal financial gain and greed.”
All hell may be breaking loose at their martial home, but both Porsha Williams and Simon Guobadia are living their best lives according to their social media posts.
Porsha recently celebrated her daughter Pilar Jhena McKinley‘s 5th birthday!
And Simon pulled up to Dubai for a women’s empowerment event.
