📰 NFL Hall Of Famer Shannon Sharpe Hit With Serious Assault Allegations
Shannon Sharpe is facing some deeply disturbing accusations.
The former NFL star-turned-media personality has been named in a $50 million civil lawsuit filed in Nevada by a woman identified as Jane Doe.
She claims Shannon raped and physically abused her on multiple occasions between late 2024 and early 2025.
The details laid out in the court filing are unsettling, to say the least.
🧩 How They Met & What She Alleges
According to the lawsuit, the two met at a Los Angeles gym in 2023.
She was 20 at the time. Shannon Sharpe, in his mid-50s, allegedly told her he’d “buy her fake t-ts” if she won a weight-loss competition.
From there, she says he pursued her aggressively—blowing up her phone and demanding she come to his Beverly Glen mansion on command.
While their relationship reportedly started off consensual, Doe says it quickly turned toxic.
She accuses the “Club Shay Shay” host of being verbally abusive and controlling—claiming he wanted total access to her time and body.
One moment that really jumps off the page?
She says she tried to share her location with a friend during an argument—just in case something went left—but when Shannon noticed, he allegedly grabbed her by the neck and warned:
If you ever do that again, I will f**king kill you.
💔 She Claims He Raped Her Twice
Doe says she started trying to distance herself after Shannon Sharpe allegedly got caught having sex on Instagram Live in September 2024.
But when she tried to break things off, she claims he raped her.
The first alleged assault happened in October, while she says she was crying and begging him to stop.
The second reportedly took place in January 2025—when he came to her home under the pretense of bringing her a Christmas gift, only to allegedly force himself on her again.
⚖️ The Lawsuit & Legal Representation
Doe is seeking $50 million in damages.
Her attorney, Tony Buzbee, shared this statement on Instagram:
“The lawsuit lays out a pattern of intimidation, manipulation and abuse… I’m extremely proud to represent Jane Doe. It takes a great deal of courage to stand up against those with power, fame and money.”
The case is filed in Clark County State Court, Nevada—and as of now, Sharpe and his reps have not responded publicly.
