‘Scandal’ Cast Sets Virtual Reunion For A Good Cause

Gladiators – mount up! The cast of “Scandal” is reuniting for a great cause – virtually, of course.

Kerry Washington (Olivia Pope), Tony Goldwyn (President Fitzgerald Grant), Bellamy Young (President Mellie Grant), Jeff Perry (Cyrus Beene), Kate Burton (Vice President Sally Langston), Dan Bucatinsky (James Novak), Norm Lewis (Edison Davis), Katie Lowes (Quinn Perkins), Guillermo Díaz (Huck), Cornelius Smith (Marcus Walker), George Newburn (Charlie) and Joe Morton (Poppa Pope)  will come together for one night only for an event called, “Stars in the House.”

Nope. Columbus Short wasn’t invited to participate in the shindig.

The event will benefit The Actors Fund which helps artists in need during the coronavirus.

During the reunion, fans will have the opportunity to ask the stars of “Scandal” questions in real-time and they will be able to make donations to The Actors Fund.

Select donors will have their name read by a cast member on-air.

The cast will also share their favorite memories, spill behind-the-scenes scoop, and reveal on-set secrets.

The “Scandal” reunion will take place next Wednesday, July 29 at 8 p.m. and it will air on PEOPLE’s social platforms, including YouTubeFacebook and Twitter, as well as PeopleTV’s Facebook and Twitter.

Will you be tuned in?
