Sara Rivers is threatening legal action against her former bandmate, Chopper, for making defamatory statements about her allegedly having a secret relationship with Diddy.
Sara recently spoke out about her troubling experiences with the disgraced mogul in the Peacock documentary “Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy“.
The former Da Band singer tearfully recalled an incident in which Diddy allegedly touched her inappropriately.
The incident… basically, I was by myself and I was… well, he touched me in a place that he shouldn’t have.
That was inappropriate. And I felt very intimidated.
I felt like, ‘Oh my God! What the heck happened just now?’

Chopper Makes Shocking Claims
However, in a recent interview with The Art of Dialogue, Chopper questioned the truthfulness of Sara’s statements in the documentary.
The rapper claimed that during their Da Band days, while staying in their penthouse, he allegedly witnessed Diddy summoning Sara in the middle of the night.
Diddy used to come downstairs like 3 or 4 in the morning, bruh. Tell Sara, like, ‘C’mon.’ And she’d get up and go with him.
And then she’d come back down like four hours later—hair messy… makeup all smeared up… drunk… and looking like she got f**ked.
And she did that at least three to four times. Multiple times.
So, I don’t think that’s true that that man violated her.
Adding insult to injury, Chopper also claimed he once walked in on Sara, then known as Sara Stokes, allegedly having sex with their other bandmate, Freddy P.
Sara Rivers Responds
Sara Rivers took to Instagram to address Chopper’s claims.
She initially wrote:
Yesterday’s Sunday service at PINNOCHIO Pentecostal had everybody thinking Pastor PINNOCHIO is a prophet.
I refuse to let people think that they can lie on my name. I see the spirit of CLOUT has possessed your body.
I pray that God heals your brokenness. And that you can STOP telling lies.
But you are the best person to have for campfires because your stories sound believable and good. 😊💗
Shortly after, she released an official statement threatening legal action.

Past Controversial Video Resurfaces
Ironically, in September 2024—after Diddy was arrested and charged with sex trafficking—Sara Rivers and her husband, Fashun, posted a few eyebrow-raising videos on social media.
In one clip, Fashun jokingly glares at Sara suspiciously after coming across a photo of her and Diddy on his phone.
The Instagram video was labeled “Diddy Tapes”.
Fashun then takes off his wedding band and walks away.
In another video, Fashun outright asks Sara if she’s on any of the Diddy Tapes.
Watch the videos below.

After facing criticism over the video, Fashun issued the following statement:
Sexual assault and domestic violence will never be subjects of humor.
I did not highlight the tragedy of the allegations.
Rather, I focused on the infamous reputation of these events, which have been talked about for years as some of the most notable parties in entertainment history.
My response reflects a realistic portrayal of how anyone who is seriously involved with someone that could’ve participated in these events might react.
This is not meant to downplay any allegations, but rather to bring attention to a question many have wondered: Who willingly participated in these events?
To be fair, one would have to admit it’s a bit unusual to make parody videos or jokes about someone who allegedly assaulted your wife.
But, I do understand that people handle and react to trauma differently.
What’s Next?
As of now, Sara Rivers has made it clear that she will take legal action to defend her name.
I’ll keep you posted on any updates regarding her legal moves.
