Russell Westbrook Ejected After Spazzing On Darius Bazley + Twitter Reacts

Russell Westbrook was ejected from the game on Wednesday night’s matchup between the Los Angeles Lakers and his former team, the Oklahoma City Thunder, after he spazzed out on Darius Bazley.

Apparently, the brody took issue with Darius scoring on a breakaway dunk with 1.5 seconds remaining, rather than dribbling out the clock.

So, he approached Darius aggressively with a flurry of “Don’t do thats!”

Watch how it went down below.

Russell Westbrook stood by his actions saying he’s an “old-school” player and you just don’t do that.

How I play the game, I’m more old-school and when sh*t like that happens, I don’t let it slide.

He continued:

In the game of basketball, there’s certain things you just don’t do. Like in baseball, you don’t flip the bat. There’s certain things you don’t do in sports when the game’s already over. And I didn’t like it. Simple as that.

Say you’re salty that your team took a 26-point loss without saying you’re salty that your team took an embarrassing loss.

Fans have taken to the streets of Twitter to react to Darius’ breakaway and Russ’ reaction.
