Reebok and affiliate gyms have canceled their partnerships with CrossFit after the CEO took to Twitter on Saturday and made a downright ignorant remark in regards to George Floyd.
When Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation tweeted, “Racism Is A Public Health Issue,” Crossfit CEO Greg Glassman responded, “It’s FLOYD-19.”
The response to this ignorance has been swift as Reebok has announced they are ending their partnership with CrossFit.

Recently, we have been in discussions regarding a new agreement, however, in light of recent events, we have made the decision to end our partnership with CrossFit HQ.
We will fulfill our remaining contractual obligations in 2020. We owe this to the CrossFit Games competitors, fans, and the community.
But, that’s not all. CrossFit Magnus and Petworth Fitness, announced they would be ending their affiliations with the fitness company.
