Negotiations over the estate of Nipsey Hussle have come to a close and the late rapper’s kids will split his assets.
Nipsey’s brother, Samiel Asghedom aka “Blacc Sam,” served as administrator of the estate worth over $11 million.
Lauren London, who is the mother of Nipsey’s 7-year-old son, Kross Asghedom, will receive 50% of the cash and non-cash assets on behalf of their son.
She will also be awarded an additional $113,000 to offset payments made for Emani’s “health, education, and other matters.”
The assets in question are a 2012 Chevy Suburban, 100% membership interest in All Money Inc, 100% interest in Marathon Studios, 100% interest in The Marathon Touring, 100% interest in The Marathon Clothing Inc and his trademark portfolio — along with various other companies and businesses.
The grand total of assets is worth over $11 million.
Nipsey Hussle, whose real name is Ermias Asghedom, was shot and killed outside of his Marathon Clothing store by Eric Holder on March 31, 2019.
Holder was sentenced to 25 years to life in state prison for Nipsey’s murder.
He also received an additional 25 years to life “based on a sentencing enhancement” because he used a gun.
Eric Holder also got another 10 years in prison for shooting the two bystanders.
A year ago, on what would have been Nipsey Hussle’s 37th birthday, the rapper was immortalized with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
May he rest in peace.
