Netflix and H&M recently laid out their plans to help their employees seeking an abortion in states where the procedure is now banned due to the overturn of Roe v. Wade.
According to a Netflix spokesperson, the policy will be available to all employees.
Women will be able to use their health insurance for travel reimbursement, and they will not have to explain the reason for their time off.
H&M says their full-time and part-time workers will be eligible for emergency financial support, and they can apply through a confidential internal web portal.
