NeNe Leakes’ boyfriend, Nyonisela Sioh, has officially filed for divorce from his wife, Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh.
Nyonisela and Malomine have been married since 2016 and they have one child from their union.
In his divorce petition, the Liberian businessman stated their official date of separation as September 19, 2021.
He also said that he and Malomine have been living separately since their separation and have not resumed marital relations since then because their separation was meant to be permanent.
However, Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh filed a lawsuit against NeNe Leakes in June and accused the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star of sleeping with her husband and causing the collapse of their marriage.
Malomine also claims she was humiliated when NeNe posted photos of herself boo’d up with Nyonisela Sioh.
As of result of NeNe and Nyonisela’s relationship, Malomine says she suffered emotional distress, mental anguish, and a loss of affection.
The suit was filed in North Carolina, which is one of seven states where a person can sue a spouses extramarital partner for alienation of affection.
If the Sioh’s date of separation is September 2021, this may help NeNe Leakes’ case considering she and Nyonisela allegedly hooked up around December 2021.
Nyonisela Sioh is asking a judge to grant a dissolution of his marriage to Malomine and equitable distribution of their assets.
