What began as a viral tweet has now come to fruition – NPR Music is closing out its Black Music Month Celebration with a Tiny Desk Concert featuring Cash Money Records legend, Juvenile.
You may recall that back in April someone tweeted, âCan we please get a @juviethegreat Tiny Desk @nprmusic @npr?â
The 48-year-old Magnolia Projects rapper, whose real name is Terius Gray, responded, âWtf is a tiny desk đand no đđâ
After being informed, Juvenile changed his tune and tweeted:
Ok ok đđ All Things Considered, 10k retweets and I will RECONSIDER doing @NPR Tiny Desk while drinking an ice cold #JuvieJuice from @UrbanSouthBeer!!!
And the rest is history!
Joined by none other than the great Mannie Fresh, Juvenile delivered the following set list of hits including:
