50 Cent is truly a man of his word. On Monday (May 9), the entertainment mogul proudly announced that Mo’Nique has joined the Season 2 cast of “BMF.”

The comedian and Oscar-winning actress is playing the role of “Goldie” on the hit Starz series inspired by the true story of two brothers, Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory and Terry “Southwest T” Flenory, who rose from the decaying streets of southwest Detroit in the late 1980’s and gave birth to one of the most influential crime families in this country.

Just two months ago, 50 Cent vowed to put Mo’Nique “back on” and he meant it.

Fiddy introduced the world to “Goldie” via Instagram writing:

Guess who I got in BMF this season ????GOLDIE! GLG????GreenLightGang ????I don’t miss, THE UNDER DOG’s BACK ON TOP. @therealmoworldwide

According to Deadline, “Goldie” is a sophisticated Atlanta strip club owner with swagger and street smarts.

She forms an alliance with the Flenory brothers which will help fuel their migration from Detroit to Atlanta.

A fierce protector of her dancers and the people in her world, Goldie isn’t afraid to take care of business, no matter what the cost.

50 Cent also shared photos of Mo’Nique on set with director EIF Rivera and the stars of the series, Demetrius “Lil Meech” Flenory Jr. and Da’Vinchi.

(Update: February 2, 2023) – Mo’Nique took to Instagram to share that Goldie will make her debut on Episode 5.

Congrats to Mo!

I can’t wait to see her do her thing on “BMF.”
