The two-part documentary promises to deliver the inside story of the shooting of Megan Thee Stallion.
Told from two perspectives, insiders and legal experts look at how Tory Lanez still protests his innocence and examine why Megan was vilified on social media despite her terrifying ordeal.
On August 8, 2023, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge David Herriford handed down the 10-year sentence to the 31-year-old Canadian rapper/singer, whose real name is Daystar Peterson.
Tory was convicted on December 23, 2020, on three felony charges: assault with a semiautomatic firearm; having a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle, and discharging a firearm with gross negligence for shooting Megan Thee Stallion (whose real name is Megan Pete) in the foot during an argument after a pool party in the Hollywood Hills.
“Megan Thee Stallion vs. Tory Lanez: Five Shots” is slated to premiere on Max on Monday, September 4 on Max.
