Lil Duval underwent emergency surgery in Nassau after he was hit by a car while riding a 4-wheeler on Tuesday, July 26.
The 45-year-old actor and comedian, who lives in the Bahamas, took to social media just after midnight and shared a video of himself on a gurney as medical personnel take him out of the back of an ambulance to place him on a plane.
Duval wrote in the caption, “Somebody hit me in they car while i was on my 4 wheeler. Now my leg broke and I gotta get flown over to Nassau and have surgery.”

The news of the Duval’s accident and the video prompted an outpouring of concern and prayers for him.
T.I. commented on the video writing, “Maaaaaan I’m gon pray that you get well first. Then find it in yo heart to sitcho old ass down somewhere & rest big bro…. Amen ??”
UPDATE: Lil Duval checked in via social media with an update on Wednesday afternoon.
He shared that it was his hip that was broken when he was hit – not his leg.
Duval also shared his gratitude for the outpouring of love and prayers and added that he is in a lot of pain.
He wrote, “I appreciate everybody checking up on me but if you call and I don’t pick up don’t take it the wrong way. I’m really f*k up and can’t move cuz I’m in so much pain.”
Via Instagram, he added, “Broke my hip not my leg and that’s even worse ? but I’m still chillin tho can’t nothing steal my joy.”
