Aaaaargh Rona strikes again! The release of Jordan Peele’s highly anticipated remake of Candyman has been pushed back to September.
The film, starring Teyonah Parris, Colman Domingo, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, and the original Candyman, Tony Todd was slated to be released on June 12, but now we will have to wait September 25.
In the “spiritual remake,” after being summoned, Candyman returns to the now gentrified Chicago neighborhood where the shenanigans all began.
