Jonathan Majors’ trial for misdemeanor charges of harassment and assault has been delayed.
The “Loki” actor appeared in New York Criminal Court on his original trial date (August 3) wearing a grey suit and carrying a bible.
Jonathan Majors’ girlfriend, Meagan Good, was by his side.
Unfortunately, the prosecution said it was not yet ready for trial as the attorneys are still obtaining discovery in the case.
“We look forward to presenting the full facts and evidence at trial,” stated Manhattan District Attorney office press secretary Doug Cohen.
The new trial date has been set for September 6, 2023.
