According to Jackie Bonds, she and her boyfriend, Josh Demas, did not attend the “Love Is Blind” live reunion show because they were receiving death threats.
Jackie is considered the biggest villain of Season 4 after she broke up with Marshall Glaze and ultimately ended up with her other pod connection, Josh.
The 27-year-old certified dental assistant received a lot of heat in the streets of social media for her actions on the show.
So much so, that at one point she completely disabled her Instagram comments.
Many people, myself included, looked forward to the reunion to see Jackie, Josh, and Marshall face-to-face to air out whatever they needed to get off of their chests.
But, that didn’t happen.
In a post on her Instagram Story, Jackie claims she fought so hard to attend the reunion after receiving death threats, but Netflix felt it was best that they didn’t as a safety precaution.
She wrote:
Me & Josh did not attend the “live reunion” due to death threats being sent to us and Netflix.
Netflix decided to keep us safe & have us do that one on one with Vanessa.
We fought & fought to be there & they said it was better to protect us and them. So be it.

On Sunday night, Jackie took to her Instagram and TikTok and had a good kiki about Netflix’s technical issues.
She wrote, “When I was getting death threats and couldn’t go to the “live reunion” no more but it started glitching 😭😭 😭 “

Jackie and Josh Demas did join the reunion show briefly via a prerecorded Zoom interview with Vanessa Lachey.
The couple has been together for a year. They are very much in love and living together.
But, the bad blood between Jackie and Marshall is still running through her veins.
She attempted to expose Marshall Glaze for calling her a homophobic slur.
Marshall did admit to telling her she had a strong jawline like a man, but he denies ever using a homophobic slur.
In an effort to prove true tea, Jackie ran back to her Instagram Story to drop “receipts.”
Unfortunately, the receipts were just text messages of her telling Tiffany Pennywell that Marshall called her a homophobic slur.
Now, look here. Don’t be dragging our good sister, Mrs. Tiffany Brown, into this mess!
At the end of the day, Jackie Bonds and Josh Demas are together and they’re happy.
Jackie posted a photo of them along with the caption:
A year of standing side by side with my other half.
Our journey to find each other was not easy but it was worth it.
Thank you for loving me, standing by me and protecting me.
I love you forever and through every realm ❤️ @jdemas
Thank you @loveisblindnetflix for this amazing experience 💜
