Isaiah Thomas will reportedly sign a 10-day contract with the Los Angeles Lakers according to NBA insider Marc Stein and The Athletic’s Shams Charania.
Isaiah is no stranger to 10-day contracts, his last 10-day contract was with the New Orleans Pelicans during the 2020-2021 season.
He averaged 7.7 points in three games.
But, he has worked hard on his game since.
The former two-time NBA All-Star scored 42 points in his NBA G League debut on Wednesday (December 15).
He also played for the USA Basketball team in November, and he hit a clutch 3-pointer in the World Cup qualifying opener against Cuba.
Isaiah has a history with the Lakers.
He played 17 games with them during the 2017-2018 season.
Hopefully, the reports are true because it would be good to see Isaiah Thomas back on an NBA court.
