Sam Hunt’s pregnant wife, Hannah Lee Fowler, is seeking ‘transitional alimony, rehabilitative alimony, and alimony in future” in her recent divorce filing.
Hannah wants all the alimony bags.
According to Hannah, Sam is an adulterer who is “guilty of inappropriate marital conduct” as stated in her divorce documents.
Another section of the document describes Sam’s conduct as cruel and inhuman.
The husband is guilty of such cruel and inhuman treatment or conduct toward the spouse as renders cohabitation unsafe or improper.
Hannah’s pregnancy was not public information, but she revealed in the divorce documents that she is due in May.
She’s also filing for primary custody of their soon-to-be-born child and child support.
The couple is believed to have a prenup because she asked that “the parties be awarded their respective separate property.”
The divorce documents were filed in Tennessee last Friday (February 18), which according to the documents is the date the couple separated.
Hannah Lee Fowler and Sam Hunt got married in 2017, and Sam’s 2014 album Montevallo is about their relationship.
The album was entitled after the Alabama town they met in.
