G Herbo and Taina Williams are engaged and expecting their first child together according to the rapper’s attorney.

You may have heard, G Herbo got cased up last week on federal fraud charges.

The rapper, real name Herbert Wright III, and five members of his crew are accused of using stolen identities to make fraudulent charges for extravagant services ranging from private jet trips to “designer puppies.”

Herbo appeared in court by video on Wednesday and Chicago Tribune reporter Jason Meisner gave all of the scoop on the courtroom happenings via Twitter.

The video conference is about to start. G Herbo is seated in front of a picture window with what appears to be the Chicago lakefront behind him. “Your honor is my camera view OK?” he asks.

According to Meisner, Taina, the daughter of Emily B, is four months pregnant and engaged to Herbo.

His lawyer says Herbo has a fiancé who is four months pregnant and lives in New Jersey. “He sees her frequently and needs to continue to see her.” Asks that Herbo be allowed to travel to and from Chicago and California to New Jersey.

He also shared Ari Fletcher, who is the mother of Herbo’s son, is a witness for the prosecution.

Prosecutors also identified one of the witnesses in the case as a woman with initials “A.F.” who shares a child with Wright from their previous relationship. Records show she is Ariana Fletcher, of Atlanta. Wright was ordered not to speak with her about the allegations.

If Taina is 4-months pregnant that means she and her mother, who gave birth in October, were pregnant at the same time.

Well…congratulations.
