Evelyn Lozada has announced she’s leaving VH1’s hit reality series, “Basketball Wives,” after 9 seasons.
The reality TV veteran shared the news during an appearance on the E! News show, “Just A Sip.”
I am no longer going to do ‘Basketball Wives.’
I think that it’s time for me to open up the universe to other things.
It’s been a hard decision because I can do it with my eyes closed. But, at the same time it’s so difficult and it takes so much energy.
And it’s not the most positive energy and I want to open it up to the universe to allow other things to flow in and sometimes you gotta say, ‘Alright, I gotta walk away from this.’

We’ve been down this road before with Evelyn Lozada.
You may recall she left the show for two seasons (5 and 6). and went to OWN where she had her very own show, “Livin Lozada.”
Once that show was canceled, she made her way back to “Basketball Wives.”
