Elijah Wood Joins ‘Yellowjackets’ Season 2 Cast

Elijah Wood is joining “Yellowjackets” Season 2.

The 41-year-old actor, who is best known for his legendary role in Lord of the Rings, has landed a season-long guest arc on the hit Showtime series.

Elijah will play the role of Walter, a dedicated citizen detective who will challenge Misty in ways she won’t see coming.

Showtime is keeping everything else about Season 2 under wraps.

About “Yellowjackets

Yellowjackets,” which premiered on November 14, 2021, is the saga of a team of wild talented high school girls soccer players who become the (un)lucky survivors of a plane crash deep in the remote northern wilderness.

The series chronicles their descent from a complicated but thriving team to savage clans, while also tracking the lives they’ve attempted to piece back together nearly 25 years later, proving that the past is never really the past and what began out in the wilderness is far from over.

I absolutely love this series and I think Elijah Wood is a great addition to the cast!
