Dwight Howard took to social media on Saturday to wish his firstborn son, Braylon Howard, a Happy 16th Birthday.
The former NBA star shared a collection of photos and videos of himself and Braylon via Instagram along with the caption:
Happy birthday to my eldest son, Braylon Joshua Robert Howard. Wow, it’s been 16 years since you came into this world. You have grown soo much, and I’m grateful that I’ve been able to witness it all.
You are my firstborn, and it fills my heart with joy to see your wonderful smile and the cheerful spirit you carry with you. Whether through the good, the bad, or the indifferent, I love you immensely.🤞🏾
From throwing up the deuces as a toddler to embracing the Fours, I will always be here for you, standing strong and unwavering.

Braylon’s mother, former “Basketball Wives” star Royce Reed, also took to Instagram to wish her son a very Happy Birthday.
“I love you to the moon and back! My heart! My world! Happy 16th Birthday MoomooMunchkinAngelfaceBabycakes!,” she wrote.
Dwight Howard has come quite a long way with his outward expressions of love for Braylon.
You may recall that Royce Reed said she was not and still is not allowed to publicly state that Braylon was Dwight’s son.
