Dominique Brown, a beloved Disney enthusiast and influencer, tragically passed away at 34 after reportedly experiencing an allergic reaction at a holiday food event hosted by BoxLunch on Thursday, December 5.
The event took place at Vibiana in Los Angeles, where Brown, who had a severe peanut allergy, reportedly consumed food she was assured was safe.
According to a post on X (formerly Twitter) from someone close to her, Brown “instantly felt bad” and requested to be taken to a hospital.
“She asked if there were peanuts in the food, and everyone told her no. When she instantly felt bad, she asked someone to take her to the hospital,” wrote X user @hideyagrannies, who identified Brown as her mother’s best friend.
She was my moms best friend of 10 years. She asked if there was peanuts in the food and everyone told her no. When she instantly felt bad she asked someone to take her to the hospital, everyone said no and to take pictures first. So sad.
