“Dead To Me,” the hit dark comedy series starring Christina Applegate and Linda Cardellini, has been renewed for a third and final season at Netflix.
While I’m excited about the show coming back, I’m hurt it will be the final season.
Series creator Liz Feldman said:
From start to finish, ‘Dead To Me’ is exactly the show I wanted to make. And it’s been an incredible gift. Telling a story sprung from grief and loss has stretched me as an artist and healed me as a human. I’ll be forever indebted to my partners in crime, my friends for life, Christina and Linda, and our brilliantly talented writers, cast and crew. I am beyond grateful to Netflix for supporting Dead To Me from day one, and I’m thrilled to continue our collaboration.
Liz has inked multi-year over deal with Netflix to create more amazing content for the streamer.
Christina Applegate took to Twitter and said while she will miss the ladies…it’s time to wrap up the story and shenanigans of Jen and Judy.
