In addition to being humiliated by DaBaby on social media, DaniLeigh is now facing two counts of simple assault for allegedly putting hands on him.
The rapper and the singer have kept the streets of social media ablaze all day on Monday (November 15) after live streaming their ratchet relationship drama all over Instagram.

DaBaby eventually called the police on DaniLeigh, who is the mother of his three-month-old daughter, and when the police arrived, they charged the singer with two counts of simple assault.
DaBaby, real name Jonathan Kirk, called the police on DaniLeigh just before midnight on Sunday and told them she had assaulted him.
Via the police report:
Upon arrival, the victim, Jonathan Kirk, advised that he had been assaulted by his girlfriend, Danielle Curiel.
Based on information available, officers referred Kirk to the Magistrate’s Office to pursue charges against Curiel.
On November 15, 2021, at approximately 9:35 a.m., officers responded to a disturbance between Kirk and Curiel at the same location.
Upon arrival, Kirk advised that Curiel had assaulted him. As a result of the investigation, Muriel was served with a Criminal Summons for Simple Assault.
Officers also obtained additional information that led them to charge Curiel with a second count of Simple Assault from that incident on November 14.
