Former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Brandi Glanville has reignited concerns after sharing a shocking selfie that revealed her disfigured face.

Fans were quick to speculate, but Brandi placed the blame squarely on Bravo.

On December 5, the reality star returned to Instagram to announce her comeback on “Cameo,” following an extended break due to health issues:

“It’s been over a year since I’ve been dealing with my health issues & haven’t been able to keep up with the videos, but I’m BACK on @cameo 🥰🎁🎄 #ComeFindMe #BookMe #Cameo #Christmas #Birthdays #Anything ✨”

However, when a fan suggested her condition might be linked to fillers or Botox, Brandi took to “X” (formerly Twitter) to set the record straight.

Brandi Glanville’s Response To Critics

In her response, Brandi explained the video she posted on Instagram was old but used to promote her “Cameo” comeback. She added:

“Let me share what I look like & why I had to take a pause… check next post & f**king suck it haters.”

She followed with a jaw-dropping selfie, captioned “Sick it!” (likely a typo for “Suck it!”).

Brandi then opened up about her health struggles, tweeting:

“I wish I knew what happened. I’ve been in & out of the hospital this past year & a half, spent almost every dollar I have trying to figure it out. Some doctors say I have a parasite that jumps around my face. Others say it’s stress-induced edema. I personally say it’s Bravo.”

Health Issues & Bravo Drama

This isn’t the first time Brandi has blamed Bravo for her health troubles.

In July 2024, she shared a photo of her swollen face on Twitter, writing:

“Stress will kill you. How is your wealth? Take care of yourself people. Thank you, Bravo. I couldn’t even work if I wanted to at this point.”

Brandi’s health problems reportedly began in October 2023 when she was rushed to the hospital after her face swelled and her eyes shut.

According to sources, her symptoms began after the controversial filming of “The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip” Season 4 in Morocco.

During the trip, castmate Caroline Manzo accused Brandi of inappropriate behavior, leading to a lawsuit against Bravo by Manzo.

Brandi, however, has denied the allegations, calling them “absurd.”

Medical Struggles

Doctors have diagnosed Brandi with stress-induced angioedema, a condition that causes episodes of swelling in the face, hands, and airways, often triggered by stress.

Brandi claims the ordeal has derailed her health and career, and earlier this month, she hinted at legal action against Bravo for the damage caused.

Fans remain divided, with some offering sympathy and others speculating about the true cause of her condition.
