A judge has dismissed Pilot Jones‘ $2 million defamation lawsuit against Blac Chyna.

Jones, who used to date Chyna, sued her in 2017 for defamation and cyberbullying after she and her then-fiancé Rob Kardashian allegedly outed him as bisexual on social media.

During that time, they also accused Pilot Jones of selling compromising photos of himself and Blac Chyna and insinuating he may be Dream Kardashian’s father.

Pilot denied all of the accusations.

Earlier this year, a judge dismissed Pilot Jones’ defamation suit against Rob Kardashian and he was left paying Rob $45,000 in attorney fees.

On Thursdays, Jones formally filed a request to dismiss his lawsuit against Blac Chyna.

Her attorney told Page Six, the judge ruled that it was Chyna’s First Amendment right to “dispute false media reports” that Jones was Dream’s father.

Welp. That’s that on that.

In other news, Dream and King Cairo’s mama is releasing her new single, “Cash Only,” today.
